Bottle Rocket Rayflower

A showy, clump forming perennial that is noted for its spectacular flower spikes and foliage. Large, thick, serrated, dark green leaves produce a unique mounded display in gardens with consistent moist soil and full sun to dappled shade. In mid to late summer, the plant sends up chocolate stems just above the foliage that are packed with bright mustard-yellow flowers. A bold color for the shade garden. Both flowers and leaves are great for cutting.
