Chocolate Chip Bugleweed
A ground hugging perennial only 3” tall, Chocolate Chip produces tiny, glossy evergreen foliage with deep burgundy-chocolate tones. Spikes of light blue flowers, 6” tall appear in late spring and early summer. It spreads by underground stems and is perfect for planting between steppingstones, in wall crevices, or rock gardens. It will tolerate occasional foot traffic and is a good substitute for mulch or turf.
