Polish Spirit Clematis

A lovely, free flowering clematis, producing large, violet-purple blooms with greenish-white stamens. It blooms from midsummer into early fall and is an excellent choice for a trellis, arbor, or trained to climb a wall. Each spring it should be pruned back to within a few inches of the ground, as it flowers on new wood of the season.
