Rainforest Sunrise Hosta

'Rainforest Sunrise' was named 2013's "Hosta of the Year" for good reason. It has a small, attractive shape that makes it a wonderful choice for along borders and edging, and its foliage puts on a bright show in the shade garden that is second to none! Leaves emerge light green in spring and quickly develop dramatic dark green borders and brilliant bright gold centers, providing awesome texture and contrast to other plants. Midsummer sees light lavender spikes of flowers that are very attractive to hummingbirds.
