Rio Carnival Lenten Rose

Rio Carnival debuts light yellow blooms with burgundy red speckling in spring. These elegant 3” flowers are some of the first spring flowers and the green thick textured foliage is evergreen. It is mildly drought tolerant once established and salt tolerant.
