Pre-Order Rose Pick-up Information

Your pre-ordered roses will arrive to our store fresh from our farm in Lenox. Roses should be well rooted and ready for sale by the first week of May. However, there could be some rose varieties that require additional time to properly root into their pot. You will be notified and given a new estimated arrival date if this occurs.

Once the roses arrive at our location they will be sorted, your order will be pulled, inspected and tagged as sold with your name and order number. All the pre-ordered roses will be placed in our sold section where they will be maintained until they are picked up.

You will then be notified that your order has arrived and is available for pickup. You will have 14 days to pick up your order through our curbside pickup area after being notified unless other arrangements have been made. Failure to pick up your order within the required time period may result in cancelation of your order. The roses will be returned to stock and the credit card that was originally charged will be issued a credit for the purchase price.
