Kobold Liatris

'Kobold' wins out as being one of the finest selections of Blazing Star available. A native american wildflower, it shines in the garden by throwing beautiful spikes of rounded, fluffy, bright magenta-purple flowers from midsummer to early fall. It's more compact habit makes it especially attractive along the front of sunny borders, in meadow gardens, or as a mass grouping among other wild flowers. Long lasting blooms make for excellent cuttings for bouquets as well!
