'Paul's Glory' is considered one of the best hostas for gold and green colored foliage, and is widely used to add beautiful contrast in the shade garden. Its attractive, large, textured leaves emerge lime green in spring, turning gold with distinctive bluish-green edges throughout the season. It also forms a lovely mounded shape and tall spikes of lavender, bell-shaped flowers in midsummer attract hummingbirds. Try planting with ferns and astilbe for a really nice combination.
